This may be a carrier issue or the phone itlsef has a problem. It's an iPhone 6s plus, and I get a notification of a missed call when a call is incoming. On the other had (caller's side) they get a hearing "the person you are trying to reach is unavailable". I've paid my bill, so it's most likely the a phone issue. How can I resolve this? The phone is in good condition and is not physically damaged in any way, as I've always used a good case to protect it.
